About the role

We're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join a talented team building high-performance, scalable, and engaging mobile applications.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex Flutter applications throughout their lifecycle, from initial implementation to deployment and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX concepts into polished mobile experiences while ensuring strong performance, reliability, and maintainability.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who combines solid hands-on development skills with strong architectural judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, from conception through deployment.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Apply clean architecture principles and appropriate state management solutions, such as BLoC, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and long-term maintainability.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party platforms.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting application performance and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards, best practices, and technical improvements.
• Stay up to date with Flutter, Dart, and the broader mobile development ecosystem.
• Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality mobile solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development, including at least 3 years working with Flutter.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile development best practices.
• Experience implementing state management solutions such as BLoC, Cubit, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Proven experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Hands-on experience writing automated tests, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Ability to design and implement maintainable mobile architectures.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute high-quality code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with native Android or iOS development for platform-specific integrations or modules.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter application development and deployment.
• Experience with mobile performance profiling and optimization.
• Experience working with complex applications or multiple third-party integrations.
