We're seeking Senior/Lead Sitecore Backend Developer to join team responsible building and evolving enterprise-scale digital experience platforms within leading retail and digital commerce environment. Role focuses designing, developing, and modernizing backend solutions across Sitecore ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise digital experience solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and broader Sitecore composable ecosystem
Lead backend development initiatives using .NET and C#
Design implement integrations between Sitecore and enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, PIM, marketing automation, eCommerce systems)
Develop maintain REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, web services, event-driven integrations
Support headless and composable architectures leveraging Sitecore JSS, Experience Edge, modern frontend frameworks
Collaborate architects define cloud-native architectures and integration patterns
Implement best practices around scalability, security, performance, observability, reliability
Support migration modernization initiatives from traditional Sitecore implementations to XM Cloud and composable DXP
Build maintain CI/CD pipelines deployment automation processes
Participate architecture reviews, technical design discussions, code reviews
Mentor team members provide technical leadership
Collaborate cross-functional Agile teams

Requisitos

Deep expertise designing and implementing modern Sitecore architectures using XM Cloud, Headless Services, JSS, and Experience Edge
Backend Development with .NET: C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, and microservices architectures
Strong background designing REST, GraphQL, webhook, and event-driven integrations with CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, and eCommerce platforms
Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native solutions using Azure services, observability tools, and integration platforms.Experience implementing automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and modern software delivery practices
Proven ability to lead enterprise initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and drive architecture and technology decisions.
