About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support multidisciplinary technology teams working on digital transformation and software development projects for international clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, removing impediments, supporting teams in achieving higher levels of maturity, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.

This role requires strong project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership skills, as well as the ability to work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery objectives
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog and incorporate new requirements
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams, Product Owners, clients, and other stakeholders
• Track project progress, team velocity, costs, resource allocation, risks, and potential delivery issues
• Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity or project delivery
• Coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
• Help teams increase their level of Agile and Scrum maturity, encouraging ownership and accountability
• Support conflict resolution and facilitate effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet agreed quality standards and project expectations
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, team practices, and overall efficiency
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment where teams can work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Agile Project Management or as a Scrum Master, preferably within a digital agency, professional services, consulting, or technology environment
• Proven experience managing or facilitating multiple concurrent Scrum teams or projects
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, ceremonies, artifacts, backlog refinement, user stories, Definition of Done, and Agile delivery practices
• Experience with other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, SAFe, or similar is a plus
• Scrum Master certification or strong hands-on experience that demonstrates practical knowledge of Scrum
• Strong understanding of software development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing initiatives, and operate effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
• Strong client-facing skills and confidence discussing technical and business requirements

Nice to have

• Experience with business analysis, requirements management, or product management
• Hands-on understanding of software development projects, including web, mobile, or multi-technology platforms
• Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
• Experience in digital transformation or digital agency environments
• Experience supporting teams through organizational or process changes
