About the role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce AI & DevOps Engineer to build and enable an AI-driven Salesforce development environment and help the team move sample backlog stories through the full delivery pipeline.

The role combines hands-on Salesforce development, CI/CD, AI-enabled development workflows, and commercial data analysis. A key milestone is having the AI-enabled environment fully operational by the end of week four, allowing the team to begin working through the backlog.

Once Claude is connected to the Salesforce organization in mid-Phase 2, you will also support AI-driven analysis of commercial data within the approved environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure the AI-enabled Salesforce development environment.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for Salesforce changes.
  • Take sample backlog stories through development, validation, and deployment.
  • Integrate and use Claude within the approved Salesforce environment.
  • Conduct AI-driven commercial data analysis once the Claude connection is available.
  • Document the development environment, CI/CD pipeline, and development practices for the team.
  • Ensure the environment is working and ready to support backlog delivery by the end of week four.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into software development workflows.
  • Experience applying AI tools to data analysis.
  • Salesforce certification.
  • Cloud certification.
  • Ability to work hands-on and deliver a functional development environment within defined milestones.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
