Sobre el rol

We’re looking for a Product Engineer / Frontend-focused Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience building consumer-facing products with React or React Native.

This is a highly hands-on role with an 80–90% frontend focus, where you’ll own features end-to-end — from scoping and prototyping through implementation, launch, experimentation, and measurement. You’ll work in a fast-moving, low-red-tape environment where engineers are expected to move quickly, make product decisions, and take ownership of outcomes.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Data, and Recommender Systems teams to identify friction across both sides of the platform — creators and players — and use experimentation and analytics to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Responsabilidades

  • Build multi-platform features and user journeys end-to-end using React, React Native, and TypeScript, taking them from prototype to production across web and mobile.
  • Own features from a shared backlog through scoping, implementation, shipping, and measurement with minimal process overhead.
  • Develop and improve core frontend architecture, including experiences such as the game feed and creator experience.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Data, and Recommender Systems teams to identify user friction and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to improving retention through a shared, data-driven product feedback loop.
  • Write backend code when needed to support product features and user journeys.
  • Lead A/B tests and product experiments, from defining hypotheses and experiment design through analysis and interpretation.
  • Use Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, funnels, cohorts, and retention curves to understand user behavior and inform product decisions.
  • Turn analytics and experiment results into concrete hypotheses and shipped improvements.
  • Use and build agentic AI tools to automate workflows, uncover insights, and scale successful approaches.

Requisitos

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Engineer, Frontend Engineer, or Full Stack Software Engineer.
  • Strong professional experience with React or React Native, with the majority of your work focused on frontend engineering.
  • Strong TypeScript skills.
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals, particularly data structures, algorithms, runtime efficiency, and system design.
  • Experience building and shipping consumer-facing products.
  • Experience owning features end-to-end, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, low-process environment.
  • Experience working with product analytics and A/B testing, including tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, custom SQL, funnels, cohorts, or retention analysis.
  • Ability to communicate quickly and effectively in English and operate with a strong product-owner mindset.
  • Strong interest in using data to understand user behavior and improve product outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an Ivy League or Top 20 university is strongly preferred, including programs such as Stanford, MIT, Georgia Tech, and similar institutions.
  • Candidates from mid-tier universities should demonstrate an exceptionally strong professional track record at top-tier product companies.
